This year the PARK Field Day site will be the First United Methodist Church on Spring Creek and Parker, June 26th & 27th . The club has secured the use of the church gym, which is indoors, secure and indoor air conditioned.

The purpose of this survey is to ascertain what members want or expect in a Field Day event in an effort to get maximum participation and enjoyment for Field Day 2010 for all.

About the Club
The Plano Amateur Radio Klub supports the activities of Amateur Radio ("Ham") operators throughout Collin County and the greater north Dallas area including Plano, Allen, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, The Colony, Parker and Prosper. If you would like more information about the club or would like to join, please feel free to send us an e-mail. It will be directed to an appropriate club member. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming meetings.
PARK operates three repeaters located in Allen, TX. If you're a licensed Amateur Radio operator, join us on the air! The WD5ERD VHF Voice repeater is 147.180 MHz (PL 107.2) and our namesake K5PRK UHF Voice repeater can be found at 444.250 MHz (PL 79.7). In addition, a DStar repeater with the callsign K5PRK and three RF modules is active: 70cm, 441.575MHz +5.0000 (DV) Port B, 23cm, 1295.000MHz -20.000(DV)Port A and 23cm 1255.000MHz (Digital Data). All repeaters are open. Some restrictions apply - details are available here.
